Remya Nambeesan climbs up the ladder

14th June 2012

No matter how hard you try, success will follow only when luck favors you and actress Remya Nambeesan confirms her belief on the same.

When speaking to Remya about her career, she said "My first film, Aanachantham, was released way back in 2006. But it was only in 2011, through Traffic and Chappa Kurishu, that I finally got the recognition I was looking for. Things work out when the right people cast you in the right roles at the right time. Of course, talent and hard work is mandatory, but luck is an important factor too. As of now, directors come to me with character sketches that have been made with me in mind; I couldn't ask for more."

The actress who turned singer with the song 'Anande Londe' in 'Ivan Megharoopan', has a few interesting movies in her kitty. Remya will be holding a bold role in one movie while in another she will don a fun look which is helmed by Saji Surendran titled 'Husbands in Goa'. The other movie in Tamil is 'Rendavathu Padam' that is coming up soon.

The actress tells us that public relations are important to be noticed around people. "You cannot survive without publicity. My well-wishers on social networking sites do all the promotions on my behalf. As I am not an active participant, they fill in to do the job."
