Ever since Neeraj Pandey announced a biopic on Indian cricketer M S Dhoni titled as 'M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story', there were plenty of buyers showing interest to associate with the project.

Latest buzz is, negotiations for the film are done for a whopping Rs. 80 crore and Fox Star Studios has acquired the rights for this much coveted project.

A source says, "Negotiations have been going on for a while but the deal has only recently been sealed for Rs 80 crore. Of this, Rs 20 crore has reportedly been paid to Dhoni for the rights to his life story. As part of the backend deal, the cricketer will also get a share in the film's profits and royalties."

Studio's spokesperson said,"Discussions are on but the figures you mention are completely incorrect."

Starring Sushant Singh Rajput the film along with showing Dhoni's on field journey, it will also have some unknown facts about him in the film.
