(Cover) - EN Star Style - Ronan Keating says he works out in his dressing room before going on stage.

The singer is a member of Irish band Boyzone, alongside Mikey Graham, Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy. The blonde hunk has revealed that the band have stepped up their exercise schedules lately, and are keen to maintain their heartthrob statuses. The singer-songwriter says he and the rest of his band mates fit in a work out in their dressing room before doing a show.

We are very conscious of our fitness levels so we have a gym set up in the dressing room that we use before the show, he told the British edition of OK! magazine.

Ronan also revealed that he doesnt drink too much as he doesnt want it to interfere with his fitness regime. The 34-year-old says he has swapped his regular tipple of whiskey to a glass of red wine instead.
