(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ryan Seacrest is the official owner of Ellen DeGeneres' Beverly Hills estate.

The TV host paid just under $39 million for the impressive property, and the title was officially transferred to him on Wednesday.

According to TMZ, the original asking price for the abode was $49 million.

The estate "covers a city block and is just shy of three acres," according to the US website. The main house is 9,200 square foot, and it also boasts three other houses on the grounds.

The gym is also believed to be impressive as it is reportedly "the size of a large health club."

Ellen and her actress wife Portia de Rossi paid $29 million in 2007 for the property, which was previously owned by Will and Grace producer Max Mutchnick.

The talk show host later purchased the surrounding properties.

Ryan is currently searching for a buyer for his former Los Angeles property which is listed on the market for $11.985 million. (C) Cover Media
