(Cover) - EN Star Style - Sarah Harding is having her engagement ring altered because she wants it to be more rock 'n' roll.

The blonde singer shot to fame as one fifth of pop group Girls Aloud, although she has since gone on to become a successful actress too, appearing in movies such as St. Trinian's and its sequel St. Trinian's II: The Legend of Fritton's Gold.

Sarah is currently engaged to handsome DJ Tom Crane, although she hasnt been wearing her engagement sparkler lately because it didnt fit in with her edgy style. The fashion-forward star is in the process of having the piece of jewellery altered to match her rock chic image.

"I'm having it altered. I want it to be more rock 'n' roll," she told British newspaper The Sun.

Sarah has previously discussed the look she plans to opt for on her big day. The beautiful star thought her Girls Aloud bandmate Cheryl Cole looked stunning for her marriage to her now ex-husband Ashley Cole in 2006, and hopes to emulate her pals high-voltage glamour when she walks down the aisle.

I loved Cheryls gown, it was gorgeous. I think Id like a nice vintage dress. Id like something fitted then Id change into another dress afterwards. Sometimes you have to suffer for fashion, and Id say Cheryl suffered on her wedding day in that tight dress, she said. (C) Cover Media
