Director Seeman was supposed to take off his next project with Vijay that was titled as 'Pagalavan'. On the spur of moment, the film was shelved as Seeman was imprisoned for his strong speech against Government in support of LTTE. Now Vijay is busy shooting for his next film 'Velayudham' and is curiously awaiting the release of his film 'Kaavalan' scheduled for release on Pongal. According to the sources, soon after the release of Seeman from prison, the filmmaker will kick-start the film with Vijay in lead role. The film is to be produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu under the banner of V Creations. Since Vijay is eyeing on his political foray, this film is reported of having more prominence into his role of supporting the needy and underprivileged sections of the society.
