(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Sharon Osbourne says that Howard Stern is "picky about everything."

The two now appear together on America's Got Talent judging panel after the radio personality joined the show this year.

And the straight talking matriarch of the Osbourne family told Anderson Cooper that working with Howard can be strange.

"He's amazing but he's very awkward to work with, quite odd," Sharon said.

"Well he's kind of like very straight. (At) 12 o'clock doors shut in his room, he meditates for 20 minutes. I'm like, Oh, shut up.' That's bloody ridiculous and he meditates and he only eats fish. Fish and old smelly vegetables, spinach."

Sharon also revealed that Howard complains when there is "too much noise" and says "don't slam the door."

"He won't let anyone in the dressing room, and, see, I'm nosy, I like to have a good mooch around to see what everyone's up to," Sharon laughed. "And nobody's allowed in. He's got two big bodyguards that are outside his room."

But Sharon contends that aside from all of that "he's a lot of fun." (C) Cover Media
