Simon Cowell's house intruder reportedly told the star's staff that he "knew her".
The TV mogul was left shaken at the weekend when he found a female fan in his exclusive West London home. Simon's on-site security team arrived to detain the 29-year-old woman on Saturday evening before police came to arrest her.
Reports emerged that the woman was found in the star's bathroom armed with a brick after he rushed to investigate when he heard a noise.
According to British newspaper The Sun, more details of the incident materialised when the woman appeared in court yesterday.
Simon reportedly came "face-to-face with the intruder, who was standing on a flat roof shouting and holding a brick above her head after breaking his bathroom window" claims a source.
The woman is also have said to have told the 52-year-old star's staff: "Simon knows me."
When armed police were called to Simon's home, she was found hiding on a shelf in the TV personality's wardrobe.
There was also "reported blood stains by the broken window".
Despite Simon's apparent stringent security, the woman is believed to have discovered details about his home after researching it online.
The music mogul is apparently frustrated that he has had to ramp up his security detail in light of the situation.
"It's a shame as he prides himself on being a man of the people, but he just can't take chances," a source said.
Leanne Zaloumis of South East London, appeared at West London Magistrates Court yesterday. She is accused of aggravated burglary yesterday and charged with intention to inflict GBH.
She was remanded in custody until June, and only spoke in court to confirm personal details.
