The music of "Snehithudu" was launched at a grand function in Hyderabad . All the top celebrities of Telugu cinema industry attended the grand- function.

A Telugu dubbing version of Tamil movie "Nanban", which happens to be the remake of Bollywood blockbuster "3 Idiots", "Snehithudu" has Vijay, Srikanth and Jiiva in lead roles. Ileana D'Cruz is the leading actress of the film.

The movie is directed by 'mega filmmaker' Shankar, whose last venture "Enthiran" starring Superstar Rajinikanth is a sensational hit all over India. Hence hopes are high for Snehitudu in Kollywood and Tollywood.

Says Shankar, 'It was during the shooting of  "Enthiran" that  I watched "3 Idiots" at a theatre nearby the shooting location. I immediately decided to remake the biggest blockbuster of Bollywood. It was a great script and we made some minor changes were made to it.'
