Deepika Padukone is all set to appear on the screens in her new rebellious avatar in 'Cocktail'. 

In the film, Deepika plays Veronica, a super confident girl who flaunts her attitude. The vim and vigor that Deepika exhibits on frame makes everyone wonder if the damsel has shades of Veronica in her real life too.

"Am I anything like Veronica in real life? Partly yes and partly no," says a peppy Deepika. "I was, and sometimes still am, very shy and an introvert. Some people misunderstand my shy nature and think I’m snooty. But I must confess that around my close friends and people I’m comfortable with, I am Veronica! Emotionally, I’m very similar to the screen character in Cocktail," she adds.

Well, Deepika and shy can practically be called antonyms, but looks like the diva has a lot to her personality that we do not know!
