(Cover) - EN Fashion - Sophie Dahl and Jamie Cullum are expecting their first child.

The former supermodel and the jazz musician decided to announce their baby news after endless enquires from family, friends and the media. A statement from their representative revealed Sophie is four month pregnant, meaning the baby should be born early next year.

"In response to a number of recent inquiries, Jamie Cullum and Sophie Dahl are delighted to confirm that Sophie is four months pregnant, the statement read. "There will be no further comment at this time."

Sophie, 31, and Jamie, 32, met in 2007 and got engaged last year. They married in January this year in an intimate ceremony at the Lime Wood Hotel in Britain?s New Forest. The reception was held in a marquee in the forest and reportedly had a ?winter wonderland? theme.

Sophie is the granddaughter of children?s author Roald Dahl. She had an extremely successful modelling career and is now an author and TV presenter. (C) Cover Media
