(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Soulja Boy's controversial "anti-army" rap won't be included on his new album, his management have confirmed.

The outspoken hip-hop star upset members of the US military with the lyrics of his new track Let's Be Real, which includes the line: "F**k the FBI and the army troops... fighting for what? Be your own man..."

Soulja Boy has since made a public apology after military veterans called for the 21-year-old to face the consequences of his "very irresponsible" and "offensive" lyrics.

Now the American rapper and his management team are franticly trying to remove the controversial track from the internet.

A representative from the team, Debby Coda, has assured TMZ that "both the rapper's management and his record label have been working nonstop since Friday to take the video down off the Internet".

"Let's Be Real was hastily and foolishly posted to the Internet - and was never approved for any album, including his upcoming Respect My Hustle," Debby added.

Debby also insists the song won't be available to buy.

Sources have also told TMZ that Soulja Boy is willing to do "whatever he can" to make up for the upset he caused with his outspoken lyrics.

The star is said to be offering free shows for the military and meet-and-greet sessions.

Soulja Boy posted a new blog on GlobalGrind.com titled: "I Am Deeply Sorry To All Members Of The United States Military Services And Their Families."
