Tollywood movie maker Srihari Nanu is making his foray into Tamil cinema with Thulli Ezhunthathu Kadhal, the Tamil version of Thakita Thakita. 

Produced under Silver Streak Communications banner, the movie features 40 newcomers with actresses Anushka and Bhumika playing pivotal roles.

The movie was made in Telugu as Thakita Thakita and it went on to become a hit. 'Obviously we are tempted to try it in Tamil,' states the director.

According to him, 'There is no life without romance. It makes or breaks a man. There is solution for any problems that arise in love. Even the opposition of parents can be sorted out through dialogue. This forms the crux of Thulli Ezhuntha Kadhal'.

Impressed after listening to the storyline, Bhumika Chawla came forward to produce the film in Telugu. It went on to become a blockbuster and songs became a rage, he says and adds, 'We did intense screening and selected 40 fresh faces including a few from London to play key roles in the movie'.
