Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is quite obsessive about his work and his companies. Be it his production house 'Red Chillies Entertainment' or Indian Premiere League team 'Kolkata Knight Riders' which he co-owns with good friend Juhi Chawla. 

But despite of being a control freak and a workaholic, SRK is known to be a very cool boss. 

People who work with his production house vouch for his tremendous support that he lends to his staff. And this fact was rechristened by his team KKR's highly successful captain Gautam Gambhir. 

In the last three years, SRK's team has lifted the trophy twice and obviously the team is very happy about it. 

Gambhir says that despite of being the boss and co-owner of the team, SRK never interfered in his decisions when it came to cricket. 

"I can say it from my heart that in the last four years, there has never been even one call. There has never been any interference about who should play, what to do. He explained to me that if someone tells him about acting, how bad he'd feel. And he said, 'If someone comes up to you and tells you about cricket, I can imagine how bad you'd feel. You're the best guy in cricketing matters, so you should take all the calls.' I'm very happy, and from that point of view, I've been very secure. And I've had a free hand," Gambhir said.
