Randeep Hooda is finally getting his due attention and appreciation after spending a long time in the industry. Battling failure, struggle and surviving the cut-throat competition, Randeep finally is enjoying the stardom which he has long deserved.

But unlike the perceived notion there never has been any career plan that got him where he is today. He exclaims that when he tried to plan his career, things backfired and when he left everything to destiny, luck started playing the cards well on him. 

"Currently I'm not planning at all. My earlier career went down the drain because I was planning it. You can't plan these things - they just happen. Stardom happens - you can't plan it - its destiny and you shouldn't stand between you and your destiny," said Randeep who has had back to back big films and bigger success to his credit in recent times. 

He says that he is just letting destiny take its course and listening to his heart to make decisions, "I'm letting my destiny play its part and I go by my gut feeling. If I like my role I say yes, if I don't, I just refuse, as simple as that," said a straightforward Randeep whose latest release is 'Heroine' where he plays one of the two love interests of Kareena Kapoor.
