Swara Bhaskar, who made her mark in Bollywood with 'Tanu Weds Manu' and 'Raanjhanaa' will soon explore the international waters as Italian film director, Gigi Roccati approached her for a lead role in his next.

Roccati was recently in Mumbai and he met the actress and narrated the script to her. Swara readily liked the role and wants to be the part of the project.

Swara apparently has a packed schedule for now and Roccati wants the film to go on floors by the end of this year. She confirmed the news, "I have been offered an Italian film. It's a lovely script, but I am yet to decide [whether or not I will be part of it] as there may be a date clash."

Swara's film with Salman Khan has a Diwali release and she will also be busy promoting her another film directed by Ashwini Iyer.
