Behind each and every development there lies a background, one can say. The official announcement made on the forthcoming film of Ajith on Tuesday is one good example for it, if one has to go by what sources claim.
It is said that Richa Gangopadhyay was finalised as one of the heroines of the film, but she was replaced in the last minute by Taapsee Pannu. 'A strong P.R. activitiy by circles close to Taapsee ensured that she caught the bus and Richa missed it,' sources say.
'Ace film producer A. M. Rathnam has initiated a mega project under his supervision starring Ajith Kumar and Arya. Produced by A. Raghuram on behalf of Sri Satya Sai Movies this mighty combination is starred opposite Nayanthara and Taapsee,' said a press statement on Tuesday.
'Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music supported by P. S. Vinodh’s cinematography, Suba-Vishnuvardhan’s story and screenplay, Sreekar Prasad’s editing, Suba’s dialogues, Sunil Babu’s art direction and Anu Vardhan’s costume designing are the other hallmarks of this film,' it said.
The release added further, 'This untitled project is all set to be launched in Mumbai on 31st of this month, for the first schedule. This project is expected to be the biggest film of 2012'.
