Taapsee, software engineer by profession made her debut in Tollywood through the film 'Jhummandi Nadam' starring opposite Manoj in female lead role. Now she has shared the screen space with Manchu Vishnu in the film 'Vastaadu Naa Raju'. The actress is close on the heels of completing her next film 'Mr. Perfect', in which she is pairing with Prabhas and Kajal Agarwal plays the another female lead role. Her other film 'Veera' with Ravi Teja is also close on the heels of completion. Taapsee is also doing greater rounds in Tamil film industry as well. She has completed her debut film 'Aadukalam' with Dhanush. The film directed by Vetrimaaran is scheduled to hit screens on January 14, 2011 for the occasion of Pongal. 'Vandhan Vendran' features her in female lead starring opposite Jeeva. Taapsee's only dream for the moment is to pair with Junior NTR and to dance for duet numbers.
