Taylor Swift and Tim TeBow appeared more like "good friends" than lovers at their dinner date.

The 22-year-old country singer was seen at Los Angeles eatery Toscanova Italian on Monday with the Denver Broncos quarterback.

Although this shared meal has ignited rumours that the pair are dating, an onlooker at the restaurant isn't convinced that the repast signified romance.

"I would say they came in more as friends," the source told People magazine. "Taylor came in with another young male and seemed to be with him more than Tebow. However, it was very hard to determine because they all seemed to be good friends."

Taylor wore jeans, a jacket and a pair of chic flats. The casual star joined a group of four other people at the table.

Taylor drank a latte while the other members of her party ate chicken pillared and fettuccine bolognese.

Tim escorted Taylor to her car after the group ceased dining.

"After dinner, he walked her out," a bystander told ClevverNews. "And then he walked back in to join two other people."

Taylor and Tim were also seen together on February 24 at Hollywood agency WME's pre-Oscar bash.

The songstress has dated some of the most eligible men in Hollywood including Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas and John Mayer.
