Bhumika Chawla and Anushka have come together for a Tamil movie titled Thulli Ezhunthathu Kadhal with forty new faces playing important roles. The former plays a professor while the latter appears as an actress herself.

Thulli Ezhunthathu Kadhal is a remake from Telugu film Thakita Thakita which went on to become a huge hit. The film deals with the youngsters of today whose lives go wayward due to their love affairs. 

The film stars Raja and Hari Priya as the lead stars. Sri Hari Nanu, as erstwhile assistant to popular Tollywood director Krishna Vamsi, is the director.

Speaking about the film, the director says, 'we did intense auditions to choose the artistes. We selected people from Mumbai, Delhi and even from London'.

The newcomers were given intense training and rehearsals were done before we commenced shooting. All of them have given their best, he adds.

Bobo Sasi, son of music composer (Sabesh) Murali, has composed the tunes, while Sabesh's son Karthik plays the comedian, he says. A youth carnival, Thulli Ezhunthathu Kadhal would appease youngsters, he adds.
