Irrfan Khan and Nimrat Kaur's film 'The LunchBox' is sweeping away almost all the awards at prestigious awards shows held across the globe.

And now Toronto Film Critics Association has named the film as the Best film of the year.

'The LunchBox' happens to be the only Indian film to win at this film festival. The film was chosen on the basis of the votes casted by Toronto-based journalists and broadcasters.

The gala will be hosted in Toronto on January 6, 2015 confirmed their official website torontofilmcritics.com.

The film has already bagged several accolades at various film festivals such as International Critics' Week, Dubai International Film Festival, 8th Asian Film Awards, Asia-Pacific Film Festival, Asia Pacific Screen Awards.
