Usha Uthup, who was extremely popular in 1970's and 80's with her pop numbers, is all set to make a comeback in Telegu cinema after nearly two decades.

She is still remembered for her song in 'Keechurallu' in Telugu. She recently recorded a song for film titled "Kulu Manali" that is being directed by Vegesna Satish.

"On our request, she sang a song for our film after 20 years in Telugu. After the popular number in "Keechurallu", she did not lend her voice for any Telugu film. Sri Vasanth composed the song," director Vegesna Satish told the media.

The film is a thriller set in the backdrop of hill station Manali. Produced by Boppana Chandrasekhar, the movie is scheduled for release next month.
