(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Usher has revealed he would love to perform at Britains Prince Williams wedding.

The R&B star says he is a huge fan of the British royal family and harbours a dream to showcase his tunes for them. He has a soft spot for current monarch Queen Elizabeth II and thinks she would like his songs if he was given the opportunity to perform them for her live.

William is due to marry his fiance Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey in London on April 29 and Usher is hoping they will include him on the guest list.

Im not the best at weddings, but Im there if Prince Wills needs me. It would be nice to perform for the queen, he said during an interview on British radio station Capital FM.

The 32-year-old singer isnt the only artist keen to perform for the future king.

Snoop Dogg has made no secret of his desire to take to the stage at the engagement celebration of the 28-year-old royal.

Snoop who is known for his controversial lyrics even went so far as penning a special tune for Williams bachelor party. He then tweeted Prince Charless official at Clarence House to recommend the track, called Wet, to be played at the event.

"Made tha anthem 4 Prince Williams bachelor party n all bachelor parties round tha wrld (sic)," Snoop said to Clarence House on Twitter.

It was recently reported William and Kate have asked Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney to sing at their wedding reception.

Sir Elton John has also revealed he will be attending the lavish nuptials. (C) Cover Media
