Vijay, along with his family members, recently watched his Pongal release Nanban at a theatre in Chennai. After going home from the cinema hall, the actor's son Sanjay, in a bid to appreciate his father's performance in the film, pulled down his pants and uttered a popular dialogue from the movie, "Thalaiva Nee Great".

Says a happy Vijay, 'I didn't expect such a brilliant feedback from Sanjay. This shows how sharp kids are and how keenly they watch movies. I was so happy to know that he enjoyed a film a lot.'

Not just Sanjay, Vijay's father S A Chandrasekaran, mother Shoba, wife Sangeetha and daughter Divya Sasha too enjoyed the movie very much, it is said. The movie directed by Shankar and produced by Gemini Film Circuit hit the screens last Thursday.

Adds Vijay, 'I have been receiving congratulatory messages non-stop for choosing to act in such a nice movie. Frankly speaking, I should thank everyone who have co-operated me during the shoot of Nanban, for it is team work that has paid rich dividends now.'
