Vivek Oberoi is currently shooting for his next film that is being made under Kumar Taurani's production. 

He has been rigorously shooting for the film for which he recently shot a few action scenes. For the action scenes, Vivek refused to use any body double and insisted on doing the scenes himself. And it was while doing these action stunts when he hurt himself. 

Vivek was to perform some fight scenes with other junior artists, and it so happened that the iron rod with which he was being attacked in the scene slipped. The rod was on the verge of hitting Vivek on his head. However, as soon as he sensed the danger, he managed to get the rod away from his body by his hand. And in the process of doing so, he injured his hand severely. Though he managed to avoid the accident, he couldn't escape unhurt.

We hope the actor recovers soon.
