VKS CONCLUDES!

The Vishwa Kannada Sammelana spread for three days from 11th of March 2011 concluded on Sunday night at Belgaum 'Kittur Rani Chennamma playground' in a huge turnout of the audiences. The Karnataka Television Industry program and Dr SP Balasubramaniam musical evening with Kannada film hits attracted more. Dr M Balamurali Krishna classical evening was received well by middle and old age audiences. The Karnataka chief minister announced Vishwa Kannada Sammelana will be held once in five years. The Kannada film industry cultural programs went up to 2 am on Saturday was not a bad show because of the carefully carved programs by Hamsalekha. The difficulty was no food for the artists at the right time to get some energy as the program started one and half an hour late. Many of the Kannada cinema artists had to come to hotel rooms at 3.30 am and fill their stomach.
