(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Will Smith slapped a reporter across the face after the man tried to kiss him on the lips today.

The movie star is currently promoting his new film Men in Black III and is in Russia for the Moscow premiere. As Will was walking along the red carpet, one reporter greeted him by firstly shaking his hand and then kissing him on each cheek before attempting to kiss his mouth.

Will was clearly shocked by the incident and angrily brushed the guy away, before giving him a backhanded smack.

"C'mon man, what the hell is your problem, man?" Will asked the reporter.

Will laughed off the incident as he quickly moved away from the man.

"That guy just tried to kiss me on my mouth. Is he joking? He's lucky I didn't sucker punch him," he told onlookers.

"Oh sorry, I just said that on camera don't worry it's all good," he quipped.

According to TMZ, the reporter is renowned for kissing and being overly affectionate with celebrities he is interviewing.

Will soon regained his composure and began happily signing autographs for fans and talking to reporters. (C) Cover Media
