Rishi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan's '102 Not Out' had their song shoot lined up on Sunday. Directed by Umesh Shukla, the film has a track composed by Big B titled "Badduummbaaa" which was scheduled to be shot on Sunday was cancelled due to the sudden death of legendary actress Sridevi, .
Adding to this the director of the film Shukla said: "Yes as a mark of respect to the sudden and untimely demise of our legendary actress Sridevi, we decided to cancel our today’s song shoot of '102 Not Out'. May God give peace to her soul and strength to her family." The whole Bollywood was in shock and disbelief by knowing the news and expressed their condolences.
Talking about the film, Big B portrays a 102-year-old father to the 75-year-old son essayed by Rishi Kapoor. Seeming to be the most quirky father-and-son story, the film is actually based on Saumya Joshi’s well-known Gujarati play by the same name.
The 75 year old actor took to his blog to express the joy of recording and composing the song and wrote, "Composed and sung a song for ‘102 Not Out’, and did the music composition of it too .. rehearsals on with that incredible dance director Ganesh .. soon to be shot in a couple of days .. look out its ..babadduummmbaaaaaa .. !!"
The film is slated to release on May 4.
