As 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' started in 2006 it had a panel of 3 judges Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Shilpa Shetty and Farah Khan. Well after continuing for almost 10 successful years, this is the ninth season of the show and much have been changed, even the judges. Apart from Farah, the current judges panel include filmmaker Karan Johar, choreographer Ganesh Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez. Farah shared a picture from the sets of the show and captioned it as, "1st day shoot on #JhalakDikhhlaJaa9 .. With my darling @karanjohar @ManishPaul03 @Asli_Jacqueline n @GANESHHEGDE 😄😄😄."

She later tweeted, "Thank u @ColorsTV @rajcheerfull n the entire team for such a warm welcome.. Felt right back at home."
