No negative roles for Sridevi

Sridevi made a smashing comeback with
Gauri Shinde’s '
English Vinglish' and now more and more filmmakers are willing to cast her in their films. Apparently, they are also writing roles that will suit the actress.

Rock On' and '
Kai Po Che' fame offered Sridevi a role in his next, '
Fitoor,' but the actress had to let go of the project. Apparently, the role that she was offered had grey shades and this is what gave her cold feet.
The actress was seen playing the antagonist in '
Judaai'. Abhishek Kapoor’s 'Fitoor' is based on Charles Dickens' novel 'Great Expectations'. The same character that Kapoor offered to Sridevi was played by Robert Di Niro in a 1998 film based on the same novel. Kapoor has tweaked the character and based it on a female.
