25th July 2018

The sizzling hot Morrocan-Canadian dancer Nora Fatehi is the recent addition to Ali Abbas Zafar's directorial 'Bharat'. The film has already roped in a stellar cast of Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Disha Patani, Tabu and Sunil Grover.

For 'Bharat', Nora is roped in to play the role of a girl from Malta. A source close to the makers revealed that Nora is expected to start shooting for her part in August and then move to the second schedule, after which the team will head to Abu Dhabi for another schedule.

Speaking about signing Nora in the film's core cast, Ali Abbas Zafar told a leading daily, "Nora has a special character and contrary to speculation, it’s not an item number. Her role is important to the story and will see her share screen space with Salman and Sunil’s characters. She will be seen in the mid-’80s portion of the film."

The shoot for Bharat kicked off over the last weekend at Mumbai's Filmistan Studio with a circus sequence set in the 1960s and featuring Salman and Disha as a daredevil stunt motorcyclist and a trapeze artist respectively. The film is reported to be 2019 Eid release.

After grooving on Sushmita Sen's 90s hit number 'Dilbar', the 24-year old has gained praises for this song from 'Satyamev Jayate' and her charisma can be the reason of getting her a role in the film. The actress also has a light-hearted song with Rajkummar Rao in the horror-comedy film 'Stree'.
