Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer '2.0' which looks like a VFX fest going by the teaser have got us innumerable spine-chilling moments. Recent, actor Akshay Kumar kept everyone excited with his social media post and made the official announcement with a tweet that read "The FIFTH FORCE is coming! Gear up, #2Point0Trailer launching on 3rd November! @2Point0movie @DharmaMovies @LycaProductions #2Point0 #2Point0TrailerOnNov3."

The 2.0 Official movie page announced the same and fans can't just wait to witness official trailer as the teaser has already garnered tremendous response. Maestro musician A. R. Rahman who has laid the film's music also tweeted the release date and captioned, "The FIFTH FORCE is coming" 

Shankar's 2.0 is a mega-budgeted film made with an estimated 543 crore and it is Rajinkanth's humanoid character Chitti and his creator Dr. Vaseegaran both played by Thalaivar from the first franchise itself. The film marks Akshay's debut down south and he will be seen playing a grey character.

This sci-fi thriller film is a sequel of 2010 film Enthiran released in Hindi as 'Robot' which also featured Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Previously on the occasion of Khiladi's 51st birthday, Akshay shared his first look from the film in which looked eerie and the credit goes to the prosthetics and make-up department for giving such an unrecognizable look.
