Remember just a couple of days ago we shared a news that Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty will come together for an ad film after which the actor also hinted their collaboration by sharing a poster.

Readers may recall him in a music video for Ching's noodles brand titled 'My Name Is Ranveer Ching' which was a quirky way of promoting the brand. Now a short film titled 'Ranveer Ching Returns' directed by Rohit Shetty and featuring Ranveer Singh will release on August 19, 2016.

To build the curiosity trailer for the same is already out. Not a single detail was revealed about the project till the trailer released on August 10, 2016. The actor took to his twitter handle to share the trailer.

He tweeted, "ITS ON !!!! http://bit.ly/2bf18ff 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 #RanveerChingReturns."

The ad features Ranveer in a funky avatar, set to protect the world which is running out of food. Set in a dystopian future, the trailer features massive sets, high-end drama and of course power-packed action sequences. The film is a Indo-Chinese collaboration and will release in multiple languages. South beauty Tamannaah Bhatia will also feature in this film along with him.  

A grand premiere of the film will be held in Mumbai which will be followed by a big digital launch and it is also heard that the World Satellite premiere rights are bought by Sony Television Network .

Capital Foods presents 'Ranveer Ching Returns' will release on August 19, 2016.
