Father-to-be Saif Ali Khan was missing from the limelight for a long time now. While his darling wifey Kareena Kapoor Khan managed to stay in news due to her pregnancy and work commitments, Saif on the other hand remained away from the media. News is that he is preparing for a movie which is said to be remake of a Hollywood movie.

The film will hit the theatres on July 14, 2017. The official Twitter handle of T-Series revealed this date by tweeting, "Chef will serve it hot on 14th July 2017! Starring Saif Ali Khan, it is directed by @RajaMenon who helmed this year's blockbuster Airlift."

The film is titled as 'Chef' and revolves around a chef who quits his job at one of the famous International restaurant to start a food truck. The film shows the culinary journey of the chef with his son.
