Zaira Wasim and Meher Vij starrer 'Secret Superstar' is a film that beautifully showcases the divine mother and daughter relationship.The film was earlier released in India during the Diwali weekend of 2017. Recently, the makers of the film released it in China where the movie is loved and cherished at its core, crossing 100 crores mark in just 2 days.

Well, the reason is Aamir Khan's popularity in China. Looks like Mr. Perfectionist has become an idol in our neighbouring country China. With such an ease through his previous films like '3 Idiots', 'PK' and 'Dangal' were also way successful in China. This time the figures are incredible and China's box-office run of just two days has surpassed Secret Superstar's lifetime box-office collection of India.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the news saying, "#SecretSuperstar continues its dominance with an EXTRAORDINARY Day 2 [Sat] in China... Hits ? 100 cr mark... Crosses India *lifetime biz* in 2 days flat... Expect an equally POWER-PACKED Day 3 [Sun]... Fri $ 6.86 mn, Sat $ 10.45 mn, Total : $ 17.31 million [? 110.52 cr]."

Apart from the box-office stats Taran Adarsh also admired Aamir Khan's fame in China by tweeting, "The tremendous goodwill that #Dangal - and prior to that #PK - created in China has benefited #SecretSuperstar. Although Aamir has an extended special appearance in #SecretSuperstar, Aamir's star pull is at the peak in China. Expect magical numbers yet again!"
