Salman Khan's 2002 hit-and-run case emitted with a fresh story of rejecting the defence lawyer's appeal to re-examine the first investigating officer. 

Khan, who is accused of killing one person and injuring four others sleeping on the pavement after his car rammed into a bakery in Bandra, is asked to appear before the session court on March 27 for recording his statement. 

It was already proved by the forensic expert that Salman Khan was drunk. Henceforth, if proven guilty, Salman will face ten years of imprisonment.
