Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan, after perfecting his craft in films will soon foray into television with his new talk cum reality show 'Satyamev Jayate' that goes on air in the first week of May. 

Aamir who has been working on the show for the past one year has come out with novel ideas and has executed them well. But despite of that, he recently confessed that he is nervous for his TV debut - "I am both excited and nervous for my show on TV," said Aamir.

He later added that his nervousness has got nothing to do with the TRP race - "When I say nervous, it's not the TRPs that I'm talking about, you know. That doesn't matter. What matters is doing justice to the opportunity that I've got in reaching out to so many people, finding that emotional connect with them and touching their lives in some way,"

He further added that the show has a special motive which he intends to achieve fully, "I am just telling stories of common people, with them and through them. And it's these real stories of common man that I want to reach to the maximum number of families," concluded Aamir on a positive note.
