(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Adele has confessed to falling for Rihanna when she saw her stunning thighs.

The British singer who turns 23 today is a huge fan of Barbadian R&B star Rihanna, also 23, and appreciates her physical attributes as well as her astounding musical talent.

Adele first noticed Rihannas impressive physique when the star was performing scantily clad on UK televised singing competition The X Factor.

"She had pinstripe flares on. She whipped them off and there were her stunning thighs. I said to all my girlfriends: 'Are you feeling a bit gay right now?'" Adele is quoted as saying in British newspaper The Sun.

"If Rihanna wanted me, I'd do it with her. She's hot."

Despite being an admirer of the female form, Adele prefers to date men. The singer is currently single, and has spoken in the past about being unlucky in love.

"I love boys, love men. I am fascinated by them even though at times they let you down and hurt me. But right now I am more single than ever. It's so depressing," lamented the songstress.

On a happier note, the star is planning to celebrate her birthday today in style. The singer told British music show host Jools Holland that she will be indulging in one of her favourite pastimes to commemorate the occasion.
