Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had a working birthday this year. The actress, who just marked her comeback with 'Jazbaa' was shooting for Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' in London on her birthday.
Her co-stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and director Karan Johar celebrated her birthday on the film sets.
