Finally Ajay Devgn's directorial venture 'Shivaay' will go on floors. Film's first schedule will be shot in Mussoorie from November 7, 2015.

Followed by Hyderabad and then Bulgaria where major portions of the film will be shot.

Though he had begun shooting for the same in the first half of 2015, he had to call it off due to unfavourable climatic conditions and promotions of 'Drishyam'.

His spokesperson said, "He wanted to finish his other commitments to focus solely on Shivaay."
