Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's was last seen on the silver screen in Diwali 2016 release 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'. So it's almost a year now and the actress is not seen in any films further. However, we only hear about various projects that the actress is apparently giving her nod to.

This year left us without any Aishwarya Rai film but she surely mesmerized her fans by hitting a couple of award ceremony. The good news is that 2018 will introduce three films of her to the whole world. The 44-year-old actress will not only be seen in 'Fanney Khan' but will also be doing the remake of Nargis starrer 'Raat Aur Din' and a double role thriller lined up. We cannot wait to see the dashing diva Ash to continue with her films and the audiences are damn excited.

Speaking to leading publication, producer Prernaa Arora revealed,"Working with Aishwarya on Fanney Khan has been a pleasure. Now, there are two more films we are collaborating on with her. Siddharth Anand will be co-producing the film with me, which is an edgy thriller. This film will see Aishwarya in a double role and we will soon finalise the leading man opposite her. It will be a homage to Nargisji and is a special project for all of us. Aishwarya has already said that she would love to play the main role. I have also discussed the project with Sanjay sir (Dutt), and he has approved of the idea and our choice of Ash to play the role originally essayed by his late actress-mother."

Fans have already witnessed Aishwarya escalating double roles before in her first movie 'Iruvar' where she played Puspavalli and Kalpana. Later, she was also seen in a double role in 'Jeans'. So for her getting into two characters at once won't be a big deal. The best part is we will get to see Aishwarya twice in one movie, that's the best thing.
