Recently Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was spotted outside Lilavati hospital with her hubby Abhishek Bachchan. As various news started making the rounds of internet, according to leading publication Aishwarya's father Krishnaraj Rai had been admitted to the hospital and is now moved to the Intesive Care Unit(ICU) for further treatment. His condition is quiet critical and all the family members are making sure to be by his side and praying for his good health as well.

A leading daily quoted, "Yes, Aishwarya's dad is in a critical condition and is on the ventilator now. Close family members from all over have rushed to Mumbai to be with the family in these difficult times. We are praying for the best."

Krishnaraj Rai has undergone a cancer treatment earlier and may be this is the recurrence of it. Earlier in January he was admitted to hospital and Aishwarya had to cut short her Dubai vacation to stay by her father's side.
