Ajay Devgn's father Veeru Devgn, who was unwell since past few days was hospitalised on Thursday evening.

The actor's father is admitted to Lilavati hospital and is kept in ICU. Thus, Ajay who just started shooting for 'Shivaay' in Mussoorie had to return to Mumbai to be with his father.

Ajay's spokesperson said, "Yes it is true, he is hospitalized, he was suffering from pneumonia and was critical, but now he is stable and fine, He is still under observation."

"Ajay was shooting in Mussoorie for Shivaay and the next schedule was in Hyderabad, but after this news, he will visit his father in Mumbai and then resume back for the shoot."
