Alexander Skarsgrd can reportedly imagine marrying his girlfriend.

The actor has apparently been dating Alicia Vikander for the last few months. They are both from Sweden and have already formed a close bond.

"Alex says he's met his best friend and can really see himself marrying Alicia. They are definitely the real deal," a source told National Enquirer.

Alexander is best known for portraying vampire Eric Northman in TV series True Blood, while Alicia stars in the new movie Anna Karenina alongside Keira Knightley.

The hunky star was previously linked to Ellen Page, who he met which shooting The East last winter.

The pair's rumoured romance caused issues for Ellen, who began receiving death threats from crazed fans via Twitter.

Alexander has previously spoken about the lengths he'd go to for love.

"I've not broken the law - I hate to disappoint you," he told UK magazine Cosmopolitan. "But I am a romantic - I think it's in the little things.
