(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Amanda Seyfried has confirmed shes dating Ryan Phillippe.

The Hollywood pair were first spotted together at Kate Hudson's Halloween party last year, when onlookers said they were very close.

They have since been seen on several dates in Los Angeles, although it has been reported Amanda is not ready for a serious romance. It was also reported Ryan had been flirting with sexy singer Rihanna.

However, the 25-year-old actress has been seeing the hunky actor since they met at Kates party last October.

"I've been 'seen' with him," she told the April edition of ELLE magazine.

The blonde stars previous relationship with her Mamma Mia! co-star Dominic Cooper was highly publicised. The pair started dating in 2009 however, the union ended unexpectedly after she alleges she discovered he was still having something to do with his ex-girlfriend. Amanda had her heart broken by the actor, and has since found it hard to open up to anyone else.

"I was just kind of foolishly thinking that the two of them were done and Dom and I were involved. But we weren't really as involved as I thought. So I got my heart broken pretty hard," she explained. "And then it took a long time for us to break up again. After that, it's really hard to open myself up to a new person. Really hard."

Amanda co-starred alongside Channing Tatum in romantic drama-war film Dear John. She also appears with singer-turned-actor Justin Timberlake in new film Now. The actress says her job definitely has perks when it comes to kissing her hunky co-stars.

"I can't lie. It didn't suck making out with Channing Tatum and Justin Timberlake, she joked. (C) Cover Media
