R. Parthiban is annoyed at the way he was excluded from the upcoming movie Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum, by director Bharathiraja, without any prior notice. Actor-Director Ameer will be playing Parthiban's role now.

"I wasn't informed about the replacement decision. Bharathiraja had approached me for the role of Kattuviriyan, and I accepted firstly because, the role was interesting and secondly, for Bharatiraja is a veteran director," said Partthiban.

Parthiban also mentioned that while he was doing his research work for the project, he learnt it from someone else that he was replaced by Ameer for the said role. On the contrary, he also added that he is not bothered about such issues as they are pretty common in cinema.

Parthiban is currently busy with the release of his 50th film Vithagan, which is all set to release on November 18.
