Legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan is a very active user of Twitter but recently, he threatened us all to quit Twitter on losing followers. However, this threat was of funny nature and yes all the fans can calm down as Big B is not leaving twitter or any of his social media handle.
In his quirky tweet, Sr. Bachchan stated that the social networking site Twitter has reduced his count of followers and hinted that he can stick to other social media platforms who are better than twitter. Big B's tweet read ''T 2599 - TWITTER ..!!!?? you reduced my number of followers .. !!??HAHAHAHAHAHAHA .. !! that's a joke .. time to get off from you .. thank you for the ride .. 😠😠😠.. there are many 'other' fish in the sea - and a lot more exciting !!''
It is noticed that the count of Big B's Twitter followers has fractionally gone down by a thousand. Making Mr. Bacchan is no more the 2 most followed Indian on twitter now. The most followed Indian on twitter is our Prime Minister Narendra Modi and surprisingly Shah Rukh Khan's Twitter followers have gone ahead Big B now.
Earlier, SRK had 32,932,668 followers while Big B was just closing with 32,919,128 followers. While suddenly the figures changed and count of Big B's followers is went to 32,900,085 and SRK's remains ahead with 32,935,774 followers. What do you think?
Meanwhile, New York Times reports suggest that more than a million followers from across the globe have disappeared from various celeb twitter handle, assumed as fake accounts which were prominently deleted in large numbers.
On Saturday, Twitter took action against social media marketing company Devumi which is alleged to generate fake accounts and later executing mass account deletion as well. Other than Big B, there showed a serious dip in the list of followers of celebs like John Leguizamo, American Idol singer Clay Aiken, and British businesswoman and Twitter board member Martha Lane Fox.
