(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Amy Poehler "thinks she's the boss" when it comes to making family decisions.

The American comedian-and-actress has two children with husband Will Arnett - Archie, three, and 14-month-old Abel James.

Will says the blonde star likes to think she's in charge when it comes to making final calls.

"She thinks she's the boss, but I'm the boss," he joked in an interview with Redbook.

"Part of being the boss is allowing others to think they're the boss, which is what I do."

Will has become less anxious since the arrival of his youngest son. The Arrested Development star was initially unsure of his parenting.

"I think I've become mellower with two kids. You're nervous with the first one," he admitted.

"You remember all the stupid stuff you've done, and you think, Who put me in charge?' You think they're going to chase you down and take that baby back."

Will is far more confident when it comes to parenting. The 41-year-old actor-and-comedian is a pro at negotiating with his young sons.

"Two nights ago I had to bribe my three-year-old, Archie, into finishing his dinner with a King Cone," he quipped.

"That thing is half his body weight, so he was going on chocolate and sugar until 10 pm." (C) Cover Media
