Andrea Jeremiah who did a cameo in Gambler that was released as Mankatha in Tamil, is currently acting in Thirupangal opposite Nandha in which she plays a journalist.

Meanwhile, she is also busy dubbing for Ileana D'Cruz in Shankar-directed Nanban, which is a remake of Bollywood blockbuster Three Idiots. The film has Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth in lead roles.

Says Andrea, 'Yes, I am dubbing for Ileana in Nanban. I said yes first and foremost because it was Shankar sir's film, and secondly, because an actor whom I respect immensely told me that he learned his craft by dubbing for other actors. And it’s absolutely true; half the performance comes through in the voice.'
