(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Andrew Garfield says Keira Knightley and Carey Mulligan come close to being his ideal woman.
The 27-year-old is best known for his role in 2010 film The Social Network. He stars alongside Keira and Carey in new movie Never Let Me Go, in which the three stars characters are embroiled in a love triangle. Andrew was quick to divulge that shooting the movie was made all the better by his easily accessible costars.
I always respected Keira and Carey greatly as actresses. And theyre both very, very beautiful. So I was sure they were going to be miserable women and impossible to be around because theyre talented and gorgeous! But they were incredibly generous, giggly, silly, funny, not-taking-things-seriously kind of girls. It was that trifecta of wonderful things you look for in a woman, he told British InStyle magazine.
Despite constantly being surrounded by two women throughout filming Andrew believes he managed to preserve his masculinity. In addition, he feels it was his male perspective which often intensified the bond between the trio to the point where they now remain close friends.
No! I definitely felt like a guy, thankfully, he laughed, when asked if he was treated as one of the girls. But I think there was a great support system among us and I felt privileged to be the man in that situation. To be the one that could reassure and support... but, of course, they were there for me as well. We were so open with each other, that we became friends. (C) Cover Media
